No. Insurance Legal Support is a completely independent consumer rights service. We are not affiliated with IRDAI, any insurance company, the Insurance Ombudsman, or any other regulatory body. We are advocates for policyholders, not for insurance companies.

Where are you based? +

Insurance Legal Support is based in India and serves clients from all 28 states across the country. All our work is done remotely via WhatsApp and phone — clients never need to travel or visit any office.

How is Insurance Legal Support different from a regular lawyer? +

We specialise exclusively in insurance complaints — IRDAI regulations, Ombudsman procedures, Consumer Forum filings. We charge nothing upfront and nothing if we are unsuccessful. A regular lawyer typically charges a retainer regardless of outcome. We are completely outcome-aligned with you.
