Is there a time limit to challenge a rejection? +
IRDAI requires you to file a Grievance Redressal Officer complaint within a reasonable time. For Ombudsman, the complaint must be filed within 1 year of the company's rejection. Consumer Forum limitation is generally 2 years. We advise you on the specific timeline for your case.
